Destinations

Managing destinations

Destinations are where you will interact with your chatbot. Each chatbot can have a different destination.

We currently offer the following destinations.

Landing page

Create a standalone landing page hosted on Chatterdocs that you can share with anyone.

To create a landing page, go to Destinations -> Catalog -> Landing page

Website widget

Answer visitor questions with a ChatGPT-like chatbot widget trained on your website and data.

To create a website widget, go to Destinations -> Catalog -> Widget

Website embed

Embed a chatbot on a landing page.

To create an embeddable chatbot, go to Destinations -> Catalog -> Embed

To enable Slack, go to Destinations -> Slack.

What you need

All you need is a Slack workspace. Please note that you need admin permissions to install the app. Upon successful installation, we will post a message in the #general channel.

How the Slack integration works

Once set up, you can query your data using the /ask command inside Slack.

Through our Chatbots, you can configure which prompt the bot uses and which sources can be queried from Slack. Changes to the prompt and chatbots are automatically reflected in Slack.

If your workspace does't have a #general channel, we will not notify you about the connection in Slack.

You will have access to slash commands in all channels.

Available Slack commands

You can use /ask to chat with your content, or /find to find relevant links to your sources.
