Configuring chatbots

To set up your bot from A-Z, there are four steps to follow:

  1. Create your chatbot by going through our creation wizard
  2. Choose or create a prompt, if you haven't already in the first step
  3. Add and activate sources that your bot should be able to access
  4. Configure your chosen destination

Bot creation steps

  • If your bot seems to be unable to answer any question, please make sure you have activated your sources on the bottom left (3)

  • If you're embedding your bot on a website or are planning to use it via Slack, make sure to click the destination on the right and fill in the configuration options in the panel that will open on the right.
